Leapz ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use Leapz, a parkour transformation, action capture, and social community app.

By accessing or using Leapz, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Age Restriction (18+)

• 18+ Only: Leapz is strictly intended for users aged 18 years or older. Individuals under 18 are prohibited from creating accounts or using the App. Age-verification dialogs are enforced upon sign-up.
• No Anonymous Use: Anonymous access is not supported. All users must register and log in to access community feeds, video calling, posting, messaging, or AI Chat features.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on your interactions with Leapz, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Nickname, profile image, email address, login credentials, bio, and voluntary profile details.
• User Content & Community Data: Parkour photos, action videos, graphic posts, comments, direct message records, likes, follows, saves, and video call connection interaction logs. Leapz does not record, store, or monitor video call content unless required by law or with user consent.
• AI Chat Information: Text messages, chat prompts, voice/text conversation history, and interaction records submitted when using the AI Chat feature.
• Purchase Information: Transaction records when purchasing virtual coins or unlocking AI Chat sessions/conversations. Payments are securely processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Leapz does not store payment card details.
• Device & Usage Logs: Device model, operating system, IP address, access times, crash reports, and technical log data.

3. Internal AI System (No Third-Party AI)

• Leapz's AI Chat feature operates exclusively through our proprietary internal AI system.
• The App does not integrate with, transmit data to, or rely on any third-party AI service providers.
• Your chat messages, conversation history, prompts, and interactions are processed strictly within Leapz’s internal infrastructure.

4. AI Data Processing, Reliability & Non-Training Commitment

• Data Processing Purpose: Data submitted to the AI Chat feature is processed solely within Leapz's internal infrastructure to deliver requested conversational responses and improve the reliability and performance of the AI feature.
• No AI Model Training: User-submitted chat messages, prompts, and conversation logs are not used to train AI models without explicit user consent.
• No AI Data Selling or Sharing: Leapz does not sell, trade, or publicly disclose user AI chat interactions. We strictly do not share user conversations or prompts with third-party AI companies.

5. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

• Operate the platform, enable parkour video/photo sharing, and support community interactions.
• Provide messaging, direct chat, and real-time video call connections.
• Deliver AI-powered conversational responses and AI Chat features.
• Process virtual coin purchases and fulfill paid features (such as AI Chat credits).
• Maintain community safety, detect abuse, enforce 18+ compliance, and process block/report requests.
• Comply with legal obligations.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose limited data only:

• With your explicit consent.
• To comply with lawful requests, regulations, or legal processes.
• To trusted service providers supporting cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, security moderation, and Apple payment processing. (Service providers are bound by strict non-disclosure obligations).
• To protect the safety, rights, and integrity of Leapz and its community.

7. User Content (UGC) & Community Moderation

Photos, parkour videos, posts, and comments you publish publicly can be viewed, liked, or saved by other users. Please avoid sharing confidential or sensitive personal information in public posts, community chats, or private AI conversations.

Leapz provides reporting, blocking, and content moderation features to help maintain a safe and respectful community environment.

8. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your account at any time through the App settings (Settings > Delete Account). Upon account deletion, your personal profile, posts, and media files will be permanently deleted or anonymized, except where retention is legally required for compliance or fraud prevention. Any unused virtual coins or AI Chat credits associated with the account may no longer be available after account deletion.
